01General

The website life-style.ge is owned and operated by LLC Angisa Towers, identification number 448059314, registered in Georgia.

These Terms set out the conditions for using the website. By opening and browsing it you accept these conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

The website is informational. You cannot buy or reserve an apartment through it and cannot make a payment: the form exists only so that we can contact you.

02The information here is not an offer

Details of apartments, layouts, floor areas, prices, construction timelines and infrastructure are published for information. They do not constitute a public offer within the meaning of the Civil Code of Georgia and create no obligation for the company to enter into a contract on the stated terms.

Current prices, availability, payment terms and timelines are confirmed by the sales department and are fixed solely in a written contract.

We aim to keep the information up to date, but we do not warrant that every figure on every page is accurate at every moment. The characteristics of the development may change during design and construction.

03Renderings and floor plans

Differences may concern finishing materials, colours, equipment, planting, landscaping elements and surrounding development. Views from windows depend on the floor and orientation of the apartment, and on future construction on neighbouring plots, which we do not control.

Furniture, appliances and décor shown in renderings are there to convey scale and are not included in the price of an apartment unless the contract expressly states otherwise.

Floor plans are indicative. Actual areas and room dimensions are determined by measurement and stated in the ownership registration documents; the permitted deviation is set out in the contract.

04Intellectual property

All material on this website — texts, photographs, architectural renderings, floor plans, drawings, video, the logo, the LIFE STYLE name and design elements — is the intellectual property of LLC Angisa Towers or is used on a lawful basis.

Without our written permission you may not:

• copy, reproduce or distribute material from the website, including renderings and floor plans;
• use it in advertising, listings, presentations, social media or on other websites;
• alter the material, remove marks and captions from it, or present it as your own;
• use the name and logo of the development;
• harvest the content of the website automatically (scraping, copying the apartment database).

Quotation with an active link to life-style.ge is permitted, as is freely sharing links to pages of the website.

Real estate agencies working with our apartments are granted rights to use the material separately, by written agreement.

05Links to other resources

The website contains links to the development's pages on Instagram and Facebook, and to WhatsApp. By following an external link you leave life-style.ge. The content of third-party resources is governed by their own rules, and we are not responsible for their operation, availability or data handling.

06Personal data

How we handle the personal data you leave in the form — what we collect, why, who we share it with, what we do with call recordings and what rights you have — is set out in a separate document: the Privacy Policy.

07Limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

• decisions you make on the basis of information from the website without contacting the sales department;
• temporary unavailability of the website, technical failures and display errors;
• the content of external resources linked from the website;
• losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website.

These Terms do not limit the rights granted to you as a consumer by Georgian legislation and do not override the company's obligations under concluded contracts.

08Availability of the website

We aim to keep the website running continuously but do not guarantee this. We may change its content at any time, suspend it for maintenance, or discontinue individual pages without prior notice.

09Governing law and disputes

These Terms and the use of the website are governed by the legislation of Georgia.

We prefer to resolve disputes by discussion — write to us and we will try to sort it out. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be heard by the courts of Georgia at the company's place of registration.

10Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms. A new version is published on this page with its effective date and applies from the moment of publication. By continuing to use the website you accept the version in force.
