Version 1.0 · effective from 5 August 2026

In short: we collect the name, phone number and comment you leave in the form on this website, so that we can call you back, answer your question and find you an apartment in LIFE STYLE. Phone calls may be recorded — we tell you at the start of the call. We do not sell your data and will delete it at your request; one email is enough.

04Recording of phone calls

Calls with our managers may be recorded. We tell you this at the start of every call — a direct requirement of Article 11 of the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.

We use recordings to monitor the quality of service, train our managers and reconstruct what was agreed if there is a dispute about what was said.

If you do not want the call to be recorded, tell the manager at the beginning — recording will be switched off, or we will contact you another way, for example by WhatsApp or email. Refusing does not affect the quality of service in any way.

Recordings are not used to make automated decisions about you. You may ask us to delete recordings of your calls at any time — write to the address in section 01.

05How long we keep data

  • Enquiry data and correspondence: up to 24 months from our last contact with you. This reflects how long choosing and buying an apartment actually takes.
  • Call recordings: up to 12 months from the date of the call, or immediately on request if you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Data relating to a concluded contract: for the period required by Georgian tax and accounting legislation.
  • Data needed to defend legal claims: until the limitation period expires.
  • Cookie data: for the periods stated in section 09.

After these periods the data is deleted or anonymised.

09Cookies and analytics

The website uses cookies and similar technologies:

  • Essential — make the website and its forms work. They operate without your consent because the site cannot function without them. Stored until the end of the session or for up to 12 months.
  • Analytics — Yandex.Metrica. It shows how many people visit the site, which pages they read and where they leave. Requires your consent. Stored for up to 24 months.
  • Marketing — Meta and Google tools. They let us measure advertising performance and show ads to people with similar interests. Require your consent. Stored for up to 180 days.

You give consent to analytics and marketing cookies in the banner shown on your first visit. You can withdraw it at any time by deleting cookies in your browser settings or changing your choice in the banner. In addition:

10Profiling and automated decisions

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects for you.

We do use advertising tools that build audience groups from statistical data — for example, "lookalike audiences" in the Meta and Google systems. You may object to this at any time: write to the address in section 01 or switch off marketing cookies in the banner.

11Data security

We apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risk: an encrypted connection to the website (HTTPS), access to the CRM and to call recordings restricted to authorised staff, contracts with our service providers, and access rights management.

No system offers a hundred per cent guarantee. If an incident occurs that may cause significant harm to your rights, we will notify the supervisory authority within 72 hours and inform you, as required by Articles 29 and 30 of the Law.

12Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page together with its effective date. We will additionally notify you by email or phone about material changes — those affecting the purposes of processing or your rights — if we hold your contact details.
